Kasia (Ark name Kaza) is a large Newfoundland cross. She originally came over to UK from Poland with her Polish owners but they couldn’t keep her due to their landlord’s rules. They rehomed her but the new owner couldn’t cope with her exercise needs so she came to the Ark. She was with us nearly a year before we found the perfect home for her. The man of the couple is a polish speaker and the difference in Kasia’s behaviour when with him and he spoke to he in Polish was a delight to see. The lady is now learning Polish! They’ve written to tell us how she’s getting on:
“Thought you might like the pic – I can’t believe it’s just been a week, she’s really coming on well (with especial thanks to Pamela(from |Impackt Behaviour at Tetney)). I’ll keep sending pics in”
So expect more photos to follow. We’re really looking forward to them..
