Hi! I’m Meredith!

I am 2 years old and around 11.2hh!

I was born at The Ark, because my mum arrived here already in foal! She was 27 years old at the time, and quite thin, but everything went well and here I am! I was the cutest tiny little baby, and took everything in my stride from the word go! I am great to do in all ways, even in situations that are new or that I’m unsure about!

I love cuddles and kisses from all of my mums, and like to follow them around until they scratch me! My human family always tell me how beautiful I am! I am a real poshy pants!

When I was a yearling I developed peritonitis, and had to spend some time in hospital. The vets couldn’t get to the bottom of what caused it, but it’s likely that I ate something I shouldn’t have, like a stick or piece of wood It has left me with slightly raised liver enzymes, which have caused me to suffer with some photosensitivity. My humans supplement me to help my liver and have to cream any sores I get on my legs from the photosensitivity I have regular blood tests to monitor my health, let’s hope I get back to normal over time!

Although I have suffered a little bit with my health over the last year, this does not affect my personality at all, and I am still full of energy as I should be at this age! I have lots of friends, and love to play! I am also very gentle with them! I get on with Molly very well, because I am gentle just like her!
